The estate is located in Roccastrada, a few kilometres from the wonderful beaches of the Etruscan coast. The location is also strategic for easily reaching the Val d'Orcia, the area of Brunello di Montalcino. In its 27 hectares the farm cultivates cereals, fruit, olive trees and vines from which an excellent biological wine is produced. The municipal territory of Roccastrada covers an area of almost 285 km², between the plains of the Maremma Grossetana and the Colline Metallifere Grossetane. It is bordered to the north by the province of Siena and the relative municipalities of Chiusdino and Monticiano, to the east by the municipality of Civitella Paganico, to the southeast by the municipality of Campagnatico, to the south by the municipality of Grosseto, to the west by the municipalities of Gavorrano and Massa Marittima and to the northwest by the municipality of Montieri.the altitude varies from 42 metres above sea level in Sticciano Scalo to 797 metres above sea level in Monte Alto, which is only ten metres higher than the peak of Sassoforte (787 metres above sea level), while Sassofortino is the municipal district at the highest altitude (560 metres above sea level). The 43rd parallel passes at the southern end of the town.
