The independent kitchen is fully equipped and, containing apart from kitchen utensils, a washing machine and osmosis equipment. Clothes iron, ironing board and a drying rack are also available. The bathroom with shower is fully equipped including a hairdryer. This apartment, located in a privileged and exclusive area of Sitges offers the oceanfront Paseo Maritimo with beautiful mansions, bars and restaurants and terraces with sunshine, pleasant views of the sea and beaches even during the winter season. The apartment is ideal for guests looking for relax, tranquillity and enjoy the gentle breezes of the sea together with beautiful sunsets. It is recommended for couples with or without children. Pets are accepted under special request and by accepting our conditions and a charge of 30 Euros for extra cleaning. The apartment is non-smoking and parties/excessive noise is not allowed. Local tax of Euro 1,00 per day per person and cleaning will be paid at check in.
