With a long history dating back to the year 1752, this enormous, antique villa is a perfect accommodation choice for up to 10 guests in the countryside of Ronda.   The gorgeous farmhouse has been carefully renovated to retain its old-world charm and traditional architecture. Staying here often feels like being transported to a bygone era, except for the comforts of modern amenities. The house is unique in terms of its size which spreads in over 30 hectares. Guests can take a walk, or appreciate the wide expanse on a bike or a horse ride. The mountain-view villa welcomes guests to take a dip in the open-air swimming pool with separate shower rooms for men and women or relax on its two beautiful patios with lounging and dining furniture. The ground floor patio has a large porch where guests can dine and drink in the outdoor gazebo and the bar. The first-floor patio is larger than the ground-floor patio and can be accessed from the living room. The villa is suitable for a year-round stay as it remains cool in summers and warm in winters.   As one enters the two-storey villa, they are ushered into the entrance hall with sofas and a card table. The large living-dining room has several seating areas, a fireplace and a large dining table for 12 guests. For convenience, there are a number of service washrooms on this floor. On the first floor, there is a typical Andalusian style hall with a piano, an office and a rustic kitchen fully equipped with a dining space, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, an oven, a range cooker, a toaster, a cooker hob and an electric kettle.   Sleeping   Bedroom 1: The nice bedroom with balcony access has two traditional style single beds. Bedroom 2: The master bedroom has a typical Andalusian quality and is furnished with a double bed and a reading area overlooking the mountains. Bedroom 3: The lively room features a single bed and a wardrobe. Bedroom 4: The beautiful room with interiors typical of a traditional countryside home has a pair of single beds, a balcony and a wardrobe. Bedroom 5: The large bedroom with a window and a balcony is furnished with three single beds.   Bathrooms   Bathroom 1: The rustic-style bathroom complements the overall style of the villa. It is fitted with a shower, a washbasin and a WC. The house reminds one of its ancient legacy that has been meticulously preserved and wedded with modern facilities. It hosts a number of different amenities to keep the guests amused and entertained. It is surrounded by family restaurants serving typical Spanish dishes at great prices.   Ronda is a breathtaking town surrounded by lush river valleys and a popular tourist destination. It has existed since the first century and the ruins of the ancient city can be found about 20 kilometers from modern-day Ronda. Top tourist attractions include Puente Nuevo (11 minutes) for unforgettable views, Plaza de Toros de Bullring (10 minutes)- one of the oldest and the most picturesque bullring, Arab Baths (11 minutes), Mondragon Palace for its gardens and the museum (14 minutes) and a number of other historical plazas and structures, and scenic viewpoints. Guests can also choose from the many wine tours famous in Ronda. For a bird's eye-view of Ronda, hop on to one of the balloon tours.   The beaches of the famed Costa del Sol (including Puerto Banus) is only an hour’s drive away. The nearest airport is about 105 kilometers away.
