The WiFi-enabled interior has been carefully chosen and styled together providing both a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere and is incorporated effortlessly into the light and spacious Open plan Living and Dining room. A newly fitted Kitchen runs along one wall and a flatscreen TV is situated in the living area of the room. High quality furnishings feature throughout. We would like to advise that the TV works only with the DVD player so we recommend you to bring DVDs with you. Access leads to a sunny and delightful terrace where sun-loungers and dining area are provided. You can also have BBQ party from the big grille by the terrace area. The sleeping accommodation consists of two double bedrooms. The beautiful master bedroom is decorated in light and neutral tones and benefiting from a flatscreen TV for entertainment. There is Showeroom which is also newly fitted and very modern for guests to use. From the residence, a small gate leads to a footpath down to the lakeshore (50 metres away). If the lake level is low then there is a lovely small cosy beach to enjoy. The property boasts a parking space as well as close proximity to all of historical Lenno’s many amenities including shops, supermarkets, Bars, restaurants, cafes and local attractions including Villa Balbianello and Villa Carlotta. There is a beautiful Lakefront in Lenno to enjoy in the evenings and a public beach is also available at the Lido di Lenno. Transport links are excellent with a regular Bus and Ferry service leaving the town throughout the Summer season. Lenno is just a 5 minute’s drive from the cafes, Bars and lakeside Park of Tremezzo and is just a 10 minute’s drive to the poplar lakeside town of Menaggio. Lake view Tennis courts are also located in Ossuccio which is just a 2 minute’s drive away by car and offer a great way to see the lake whils keeping fit!
