For more fine dining opportunities, the lakeside town is within enviable reach of the ‘Locanda di Trilindana’ restaurant in Sala Comacina and ‘Il Crotto dei Platani’ in Brienno. The nearby Tremezzina shore is also lined with a plethora of cafes, Italian restaurants and unique wine bars. ‘La Aqua Cheta’ is situated in a converted boat house in the lakeside park there and boasts the perfect sunset lake spot for evening aperitivos, whilst the tucked away ‘La Cantina’ in the quiet backstreets offers an ambient evening of wine tasting and delectable regional produce under a vine covered terrace.
