Happy Holiday Homes is looking for a Social Media executive to join our marketing team at our head office in Lugano (Switzerland). We are looking for a someone who is proactive, passionate about travel and eager to learn.
· Manage all social media pages of our company
· Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for social media.
· In charge of the copywriting for all communication on social media
· Develop and manage social calendars for all digital platforms
· Create Brand Awareness via Social Media
· Manage the email marketing campaigns
· Cooperate with the graphic designer to create visually appealing online content
· Analyse social media metrics for the improvement of brand engagement and loyalty
· Monthly and Quarterly reporting
· Other duties as assigned
Qualification & Education Requirements
· Degree in marketing, communication or social media.
· Experience with but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, Youtube and Pinterest.
· Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices of social media and email marketing
· Fluent in English. (An English test may be part of the application)
· Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
· Creative mindset
· Entrepreneurial and flexible mindset. Willingness to get things done in a fast-paced environment.
· Interest in the travel and hospitality industry.
· Good computer skills
