Bryan originated from the Philippines where he grew up and resided for twenty five years. He finished his degree of Engineering Major in Civil Engineering in the best Technical University in the Philippines. After finishing his degree, he worked as a Project Engineer in a leading developer for three years handling high rise condominium residential projects. He decided to migrate in Italy with his wife and two children in 2007 and at present, he is working as a Maintenance and Property coordinator in Happy Holiday homes in Menaggio. Best characteristic to describe him is that he is very responsible, versatile, and hard working.

George was born and resided for 31 years in the Philippines. He finished a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering at Saint Louis University as a working student. After obtaining this degree in ECE he worked as a Manufacturing Supervisor in Japanese multinational giants like Toshiba Computers for 2 years and then later in Panasonic Mobile Phones for 3 years. After sometime he decided to brighten his horizon and look for a greener pasture and migrated to Italy in 2004 with his wife and daughter. At present he is working as Bryan's partner in Property Management under Happy Holiday Homes banner. He is best described for his ingenuity, grace, performance under pressure and drive for excellence. His technical skills are very useful to make sure the properties are optimal and safe.

Danilo was born on Lake Como. His early education was on the Lake and was followed by attending a school specialising in Hotel Management, in Bellagio. After receiving the Diploma, he moved to Folkestone, UK, to study English and Literature and also worked at the Hilton in Stratford upon Avon.
After 3 years he moved to Germany to study at the Goethe Institut in Rothenburg “Ob Der Tauber” and subsequently worked at the Mainz Hilton. A few years later he started to moved around the world working for the Hilton chain, every six months he moved to another continent and country.
At the age of 24 Danilo came back to Lake Como and started to work in the summer in local Hotels and in the winter in St Moritz. As the years progressed he became the food and beverage manager of the Grand Hotel Tremezzo. After 6 years at the hotel, Danilo took a year’s sabattical. It was at this point that he met Harold and this is how he came to be with HHH.
Danilo has a son of 12 years from his first wife and his heart now lies with Maite, a lovely Spanish lady. Spending lots of free time with Sebastian & with Maite, Danilo loves all kinds of sport, however his favourite hobby is cooking and traveling.

Arthur Hylkema, Dutch, born on the Lake Maggiore, 47 years ago, where he lives with his wife, two daughters and a son.
He attended the European School of Varese where he also learned his language skills. After more than 15 years traveling and working in The Netherlands, in IT and Italy mostly as export manager He finally settled back in Ispra on his lake in 2000 where he worked mostly in export sales.
He joined the Happy Holliday Homes team in January 2010 and learned the job serving Lake Como and Lake Lugano , from the Lugano Booking Office. Where from he also followed the IT issues. He loves his job because he enjoys working with people and is given a great opportunity to start managing Happy Holiday Homes on the Lago Maggiore.

Jasmin was born on the Kent Coast and lived there until moving to London to study Earth Sciences at University College London. After graduating from UCL Jasmin worked for a year for a couture fashion designer in Knightsbridge, London before moving back to Kent to work for a children's charity. Jasmin has always had a great interest in the natural world and a love for the mountains and outdoors life, so the fantastic geology, environment and wildlife of Lake Como is of particular interest to her.
Many trips to Italy and a growing interest in the property market brought her to a new role for Happy Holiday Homes as a lettings assistant. Jasmin's main skills include being a fast learner with excellent people skills and is always positive with a smile! When not at work her interests and hobbies include a love for music- going to gigs and festivals, skiing, wildlife conservation and ecology, and charity fundraising challenges. Jasmin's main goals for the near future are to become fluent in French and Italian, explore more of Italy and do some mountain climbing!

Karin originating from the Netherlands, Karin moved in 2002 with her husband (Interim Manager) and son (presently Student at Hotel Institute Montreux) to Melide, Switzerland.
After having finished her High School (Athenaeum) Karin studied Physiotherapy but decided in the third year that she had made the wrong choice which resulted in a switch to a private Institute for Secretaries where she followed the very well valued study for International Secretary.
After graduation she accepted several jobs as a secretary and finally became the private secretary of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of a large insurance company for medical doctors in the Netherlands, where she was also responsible for a team of secretaries.
After having given birth to her son, she stopped working as a private secretary as it proved to be difficult to combine the work as a high level secretary with the full time job of raising a baby (which had her priority).
When her son went to elementary school, she decided to buy a small boutique that she successfully managed for more than 12 years. She was not only responsible for purchasing, selling and choice of collection but also for the administration, human resources and the marketing of the boutique. When she sold the boutique because of her move to Switzerland, she had 6 employees, a steady clientele and a respectable turnover.
In Switzerland Karin spent a lot of time and put a lot of energy in helping her son with his homework for the International School of Varese. She did this with so much enthusiasm and dedication that as a result the teachers at the International School asked her to help other pupils to prepare for their exams. She successfully helped pupils with their courses Dutch, Geography, History, Mathematics, Science, Chemistry and Biology.
Since February 2010 she is working for Happy Holiday Home as a member of the booking team.
Next to bookings she enjoys providing services and information to (potential) clients and to write e-mails in Dutch, German, English and Italian as her secretary skills never disappeared.

Andrea was born in Milano and has grown up in Lake Como Area with his family. He graduated in Tourism Management at the Como University and specialized in Environment Management in Tourism. He successfully attended a Master course in Pisa and Cinque- Terre in Liguria. He worked for several popular Italian Tour Operators travelling around the world, managing guests relations and customer service offices in several holiday resorts. He has joined Happy Holiday Homes in February 2009 working as Customer Service and Relations to the public, organising trips and events. He has obtained his Real Estate License in March 2010 and found his place in the Real Estate division Happy Property Solutions. Andrea’s Main skills are his fast learning and reliable "follow up", he is a good listener and loves new challenges.

After leaving school, Sue gained a BA Hons degree in Photography. She worked as a Medical Photographer at Leicester Royal Infirmary before pursuing the same career at the Military Hospital in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia where she met her husband, Richard. After a brief spell in Scotland, they moved to Cernobbio, Lake Como with Richard's job in Lugano, Switzerland in 1988. After several years there they moved back to the UK & lived in Buckinghamshire for 5 years; had two boys, Danny (19) & Sam (16), before moving down to Devon where they have remained for the last 13 years. In that time, Sue owned & managed a large residential property portfolio before moving into the self-catering holiday industry which became ‘The Preferred Apartment Company’, a small collection of seven luxury 5* holiday properties in Torquay. After 5 years, these properties were sold and she became a Holiday Rental Agent in the local area before joining Harold & Sara in their business on Lake Como. Throughout this time, Richard & Sue have established, in partnership with a leading website development company, one of the world's largest portfolio of leisure destination portals (Discovery Travel Network). This powerful network of websites now supports all the marketing activities on Lake Como. Hobbies include family, her two dogs, piano, interior design, property & travel.
