Happy Holiday Homes was established for years ago (2006) to manage properties on Lake Como. Partnered with Lake Como Homes Ltd, the marketing arm of the business, the company rapidly developed, attracting hundreds of owners and thousands of visitors to the managed properties.

The success on Lake Como, soon attracted business on Lake Lugano and Lake Maggiore. With properties also available in continental Europe and the UK, it soon became apparent that a re-structuring of the business was necessary.

At the beginning 2011 Happy Holiday Homes will act as both tour operator and the management company, synchronising contractual obligations and simplifying the administration processes.

The Lake "Como/Lugano/Maggiore Homes" brands will remain as marketing platforms and will be developed further to promote properties in these specific regions. HHH partners, "Discovery Travel" continue to increase the breadth and depth of the marketing channels to increase rental opportunities and are developing sophisticated channel feeds to provide travel agents with local rentals.
